PCM Brokers, as the most famous company of PCM companies, was registered in 2006 in the DMCC Dubai Free Trade Zone as a broker of currency, gold and commodities of the Dubai Stock Exchange DJCX and started under the supervision of Esca (UAE Financial Markets Supervisor).
PCM is overseen by the FSC. It is a UK oversight body and a member of ISCO and is approved in the United States, the United Kingdom and Europe. FSC oversight includes all non-banking financial activities, including stock exchanges, brokerages, and insurance companies.
PCM brokerage was licensed in 2013 and became a member of the African Stock Exchange on that date. After the merging of the African Stock Exchange into another exchange, which is not supervised by the FSC, the PCM brokers requested the highest brokerage license from the FSC Supervisor, and after confirming and receiving this license, it provided new dimensions to its services.
